Tame the Fire:  New Tools for a Cooler Summer
Learn new ways to create more coolness this summer with Ayurvedic Wisdom
When we adjust our diet and lifestyle to match the season, we create health-promoting support for a balanced immunity, digestion, mood, energy, sleep, & more.  Ayurveda is the indigenous health care system of India, it is about 5000 years old.  It understands the fundamental cause of disease to be the natural expression of the body living out of balance.  To find balance, we must harmonize with the environment outside of us.  When we live in harmony, we express ourselves to our full potential, and this gives our body the best chance of healing naturally.
