Sunrise...the MOST glorious time of the day!

Watched the light of the sun create magic in the clouds and sky this morning.  It.Was.Glorious!!!!

Greetings Fellow Travelers,
It's time for growing...becoming....expanding....mastery!!!  So I'm All In!

If you've read the few earlier blogs, you know I am not a writer....the written word is not my comfort zone.  I've also stated in my past I'm not an artist....I'm just not creative that way.  
All I say now is HA!  The jokes on me!!

Over the last 18 months I have learned a new energy healing system which has changed my life (isn't that FUN when we get to do that :D ).  I can now say that I write...still don't consider myself a writer but I write.  AND I now know that I am an artist...in my own small way....

Both came about when I re-introduced my meditation time every morning....which has expanded into writing/journaling, expressing artistically what the day will bring, contemplation and meditation.  
On a blank sheet of paper, every morning I put the day of the week, date and the word "Today" ( when I'm talking to those celestial beings, I want to be clear we are agreed to defining time in 3rd dimension terms).  Over time, it came to me to create "Today" in unique ways....letting it have expression as to what the day would bring or to be focused on.  

Now I am being shone that it is time to share this here.....YES!!!! This is insanely scary!!!!  Soooooo out of my comfort zone!  And.....it's time.   And what an auspicious day to start....

So this blog, for the moment, will be about sharing a few of my inspirations thru the week.

Wow.. Okay. The big, white, blank page is a scary thing!!!

My friends can now all close their mouths because I know their jaws have dropped to the floor... that Julia 'Narayani' Hutchinson has started a blog!!  HA!!!

You see, writing is not my gig. Talking, I could talk forever but writing, not so much.  But the marketing sages on high have told me I must blog, so here I am.

So I am changing my company name, re-branding as the marketing gurus call it.  From my beloved 'Narayani Wellness' to 'JH Ayurveda - JH Massage'.  Why you may ask? The obvious reason, outside the circles of Yogis and Vedanta scholars, most people can't say, let alone spell, Narayani. 

I will keep the name in play... I must! It is the spiritual name that I was given when I graduated from the yoga teacher training program at the Sivananda ashram. As it was described to me then:   the energies and meaning of the spiritual name is given to an individual to help them aspire to those higher energies.  The name encapsulate the best of who we can be...  How could I not want to use that the name Narayani?

Granted, it may take me a lifetime or two (or two thousand) to achieve the energies of Narayani AND that is the goal!!
